To make the applejack, first heat the apple cider, brown sugar, and brewer’s yeast in a large pot. Then, pour the mixture into a container with some more apple cider and then close the container with the brewer’s airlock. Store the mixture in a dark place for a week and then pour it out of the original container into a new container so that there is no yeast sediment.
