To make the chocolate, first melt ½ cup (110 g) coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Then, add ½ cup (65 grams) of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons (42 grams) of honey to a saucepan and whisk everything together for 2 minutes. Next, turn off the heat and add ½ teaspoon (2 grams) of vanilla extract. If you want to spice up your chocolate, add a pinch of cinnamon, cardamom or salt.
